Catering

Letos catering poběží výhradně pod hlavičkou restaurace Dvojka a Fajtfestu.

Loni jsme měli Dvojku poprvé na Kopci a catering posunuli zase o pořádný kus dál. A letos čekáme další velký krok kupředu—větší, lepší a ještě víc v našem festivalovém rytmu.

Veškeré jídlo bude směrováno do velkého catering stanu naproti rozhledně, s jedinou výjimkou:
- Snídaně budou podávány v dolním stanu.

Zároveň je pro nás důležité, abyste co nejvíc využívali naše bary: Ski bar, spodní stan, vrchní catering stan a monster energy zone. Když budete nakupovat tady, tak tím jedině podpoříte festival—věříme, že to oceníte. S přípravou jsme si dali opravdu záležet.

Budeme připraveni lépe než kdykoli předtím.

Snídaně (výběr z nabídky) 

• Vejce a slanina v bulce, rajčatový relish, maso
• Míchaná vejce se sýrem a pažitkou, pečivo (slanina)
• Avokádo toast s humusem, rukolou, koriandrem a granátovým jablkem /VEGAN/
• Kakaové lívance s borůvkovým žahourem /VEGAN/

Hlavní jídlo (výběr z nabídky)

Doplň palivo. Ať máš sílu na další kolo tance—buď burger, nebo něco křupavýho, nebo jarně explosivní veg /VEGAN/ verze.

• Hovězí burger s cheddarem, slaninou, rukolou a rajčetem, chilli-espresso mayo (včetně hranolků)
• Burger z trhané hlívy se salátem coleslaw a rukolou, chilli-espresso mayo /VEGAN/
• Smažené nudle „Stir Fry“ se zeleninou, žampiony a sezamem /VEGAN/ (s kuřecím masem)
• Krevetové špízy s chorizem, limetkou a chilli, zeleninový salát, pečivo

Vyhlížíme další společnou budoucnost: Fajtfest & Dvojka.

This year, catering will run exclusively under the Dvojka and Fajtfest banner.

Last year we had Dvojka for the first time at Kopce, and we pushed catering forward again by a big margin. And this year we’re expecting another major step—bigger, better, and even more in our festival rhythm.

All food will be directed to the large catering tent opposite the lookout tower, with one exception:
- Breakfast will be served in the lower tent.

Of course, it’s important for us that you make the most of our bars—Ski Bar, the lower tent, and the upper catering tent (the Monster Energy zone). If you buy drinks and food here, you’re only supporting the festival—and we believe you’ll appreciate it. We’ve truly put a lot of effort into the preparation.

We’ll be ready like never before.

Breakfast (menu selection) 

• Eggs and bacon in a bun, tomato relish, meat
• Scrambled eggs with cheese and chives, bread (bacon)
• Avocado toast with hummus, arugula, coriander, and pomegranate /VEGAN/
• Cocoa pancakes with blueberry “zhazourek” /VEGAN/

Main meal (menu selection)

Refuel. You’ll need the energy for the next round of dancing—either a burger, something crispy, or a spring-explosive vegan /VEGAN/ version.

• Beef burger with cheddar, bacon, arugula, and tomato, chilli-espresso mayo (served with fries)
• Burger with pulled oyster mushrooms, coleslaw salad, arugula, chilli-espresso mayo /VEGAN/
• “Stir Fry” fried noodles with vegetables, mushrooms, and sesame /VEGAN/ (with chicken meat)
• Shrimp skewers with chorizo, lime and chilli, green salad, bread
