Cancer Bats jsou kanadská hardcore punková kapela z Toronta, založená v roce 2004. Jejich styl kombinuje syrovou hardcore punkovou energii s hutnými metalovými riffy a prvky southern rocku i sludge.
Kapela má extrémně silnou reputaci jako živé těleso a dlouhodobě patří mezi nejlépe hodnocená live vystoupení v alternativní a metalové scéně. Jejich koncerty jsou divoké, fyzické a naprosto strhující – frontman Liam Cormier je pověstný svým nezastavitelným pohybem po pódiu a schopností během pár vteřin rozpoutat mosh pit.
